Then I hold my N97 mini and check my messages, yes I do get messages and lot of emails during the night. I proceed to take a shower and breakfast while checking the news. This, obviously on my phone. I go to school but before starting my car I connect my phone to the AUX line, making it a mp3 player and a hands free. Totally useful!
At school, if I have some doubts I can always check wikipedia on my mini, if I see something interesting I can take a picture with the great camera and upload it to facebook, directly without any computer. I sometimes spend days without using my laptop! And it's so curious how I forget that the main use of the cellphone is to make calls!
Mobile phones have totally changed my life. Everything I do has something related to my cellphone. I can only wonder, what will the future bring? What is Nokia doing behind the scenes? The finnish have truly revolutionated the mobile world with their mobile computers, and yet there is room to improve.
Before, if I wanted to be online with my social networks I had to be at home on my laptop, now I can be social while moving, and check only what is the most important. That's the real meaning of social networking!

My idea is use of good conducting metal plates along with the natural property of Piezo electric crystals, for generation of power.
These plates if placed on the staircases or at the areas of heavy traffic, when pressurized will pass on the pressure to the crystals placed below which will then corresponding to the piezoelectric effect will generate power. This generated power would then be transferred to the connected to invertors/storage.
This model has an upper edge over the currently used solar power in many ways, from being cost effective to nearly zero maintenance and easy assembly and handling. The concept has been inspired from two practically implemented models one of which is battery testing results and other is a generator cycle that was implemented in our own school premises. The principle involves simple conversion from mechanical energy to electrical energy.

The Nokia Company has a chance to conduct universal general information about issues that affect people every day. The developing countries are faced by endless disasters (both man-made and natural). Instead of curing the diseases such as Malaria, the Nokia templates can be used as an avenue to inform people on the causes, prevention and if necessary tell the sick to visit the nearest health centres. The signs and symptoms can be analyzed using simple language. The templates such as 'please call me' are too expensive!!!!
Our local rates of calling less than the cost of sending an SMS....We need educative factory templates that are accessible and available in all models of mobile phones!!!!

Many Nokia users have many lovely ringtones stored in the phone , but only one ringtone type rings when the phone rings every time , one can assign the ringtones to the contacts but still most of the ringtones goes unused.
Nokia can develop a feature in the phone, when selected; every time the phone rings it should play different ringtone stored in phone / card memory.
This will ensure users enjoy all the ringtones increasing the satisfaction level.

Furthermore it can help purchaser to know the about the tempering status of the mobile. Almost similar application I saw in LG named Mobile tracker in which you define a Mobile Number on which you'll be alerted about the current SIM no in case of change of SIM but due to unavailability of Subscribers data publically it is almost impossible to locate the culprit.

I am very thanks full to Nokia mobile which helped me & provide mental of peace when I was in the middle of professional trouble.
There was a day when I was seating on airport & was working on laptop and was busy with the urgent work of our client, I was building software on Remote PC which was located in my office at far distance of 1000miles. Suddenly airports wifi stopped working & problems trapped me from all directions like my personal internet data plans gets out of service & laptops battery is down. & the work was so important that, I was feeling like I was in the middle of war.
But thanks to Nokia Mobile on which I created & installed an application before some time ago which was helping me to monitor my remote PC of home & office.
I used this application & performed that’s important task, after this I was in awesome, now a days even I cant imagine that using Nokia Mobile 5300 I crated our clients software builds at office remote PC & sent that software build to my client via mail by just using a small resolution phone of 240x320 screen size.

It may be very helpful to talk with people nearby without using network,as it is free of cost. It can prove to be very beneficial in emergency.

I covered a distance of almost 400KMs, away from my village which is in the midst of some of the oldest tree trunks. When i left, there were very few people who owned Nokia mobile phones. Everyone believed that the Nokia products were for 'urban people' only. Soon they counted me among the 'urban people'.
By the year 2005, Nokia product had penetrated the Kenyan market awesomely. To keep updates with the family members, i didn't hesitate to purchase one. They had become affordable. The Nokia 3310 costed only 40UsD. Even though i was a student, i made some savings.
My family went in the neighborhood frequently to use the 'mwalimu's'(teacher) mobile phone whenever i wanted to greet my grandfather. With days, afforded to buy another mobile phone with more features such as a radio and internet. I decided to send the first one at home.
Today, i enjoy using internet to connect people. I listen to the radio wherever i want and recently i applied for a job via my high-tech N-series phone.
Thanks to Nokia for making your products affordable and long lasting.

Lot of patients are admitted into hospital regularly. Distants friends and relatives make phone calls to know about the condition. Instead operators can implement a VAS where we need to provide hospital name and patient id and get the latest condition of the patient.
Similarly another VAS can be appointment with doctors.

What type of applications could act as reminders to do something, providing a better user experience, than a simple calendar alarm clock? I created a Math Quiz Bowl application to allow the end-user to practice their math skills in a fun way. The application allows one to try addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and alerts you as to whether you are correct (visually and aurally). Another application I made helps prepare students of Chemistry practice memorization of the Period Chart of Elements. This application includes pronunciation of the element to help associate the element's pronunciation with the chemical symbol and element name, and a visual cue to help associate the element's appearance with its details. One other application is an anniversary reminder that includes a countdown timer and a vibration alert when the day arrives and special content on that day.

Online courses have drastically changed how education can be received and thus makes education available to literally anyone with an internet connection and a PC.
One thing I would love to see in the future is that formal education becomes available for anyone with a mobile device and a data plan.
Then you can take a course, listen to your professor, take a test, and do all your notes directly from your mobile device.
Honestly, I do not think we are too far away from this...

Student data plans could be developed for this practical use. I think it would be beneficial for schools and students if this were a reality! Big bucks could be made if this is done right and works like it should.

I would run without the Sports Tracker but it motivates me in many ways: I can see when was the last time I ran, how many kilometers I usually do, etc.

In this busy world you can't be everywhere whenever you are needed so there was a need of an application which keeps you almost there in form of sending and receiving instant voice, picture and videos. It saves lots of money as it works on GPRS and only GPRS cost is involved. Inclusion of Yahoo, MSN, ICQ and AOL makes it all in one app as you don't need any other application to keep in touch with your friends. It has also provide me a platform to express my words in form of the communities wherein I can not only participate in already existing communities, but also can create my own communities, so lots of people know me because of my communities running on RockeTalk. To sum it up, RockeTalk has given a new social life which I can always carry with me and I don't feel alone anymore no matter where I am.
